Training Needs Analysis Manager

£450 - £650 a day Outside IR35

Our client are looking to hire a Skills Analysis Manager to support a strategic project across the business services functions of the client. Your role will be to assist in identifying a core skills need that aligns with the organisations needs. This will be behavioural and soft skills, but may include aspects of technical.
The initial stage focussed on identifying these core skills and beginning to outline and define the process. There is the potential for this role to be extended and adjusted as the project continues.
Responsibilities
- Researching the skills analysis/management landscape (including existing frameworks) across the Higher Education sector and beyond
- Engaging with specific groups and individuals to explore skills gap analysis
- Analysing internal data (from previous surveys and focus groups) and identifying key trends
- Consolidating data from various sources to help shape recommendations for project next steps
What We're Looking For
- Deep knowledge in analysing skills needs and skills gaps
- A strong understanding of behavioural and soft skills analysis
- Understanding of professional development and skills development
- Experience in a large complex environment
- Ideally a mix of industry experience, including education / public sector
