Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls assisting existing and new customers with a range of enquiries they may have relating to the services the business offers.

You will be providing welcome calls and assisting the customer from start to finish ensuring they are happy and aware of everything that is available for them.

The role will be very busy working in a Contact Centre Environment and will be corresponding with customers though a variety of different methods.

You will be looking after a busy inbox alongside customer calls and communication over webchat and potentially social media platforms.

Customer Service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

A confident telephone manner

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Able to work in a busy environment and towards deadlines

A good team player
