Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
- Adept client care skills and ability to manage own caseload.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experienced at multi-tasking, managing time-sensitive matters and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
- Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
- 3 years PQE with experience in property dispute resolution.
- Experience in leaseholder/freeholder disputes, rent arrears matters, breach of contract matters, and preferably employment matters.
