My client, a small boutique hotel near Evesham is looking to recruit a Hotel Receptionist on a Permanent Contract, this can be a full-time or part-time( 4 days a week) for the right person
The main responsibilities of the role include administration of the Reception and Hotel Reservations
This will include the following
- Be the main point of contact at the Reception Desk to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure all accounts are billed correctly
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Data Protection regulations
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels
- Flexibility to cover hours required(40 per week, working 5 days out of 7)
- Professional in appearance and working standards
- Can remain calm under pressure
The basic salary for this role is up to £24,500 but with bonus and tips you can reasonable expect to earn up to £30,000
