We are currently seeking a talented Temporary Part-Time Receptionist to join our client's team based in West Edinburgh.
As the Temporary Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our client's organisation. Your friendly and professional demeanour will be essential in greeting visitors and providing them with a warm welcome. You will handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
The temporary nature of this role offers flexibility, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking part-time employment. The contract will begin on October 28, 2024, and provide a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and providing them with a warm welcome.
- Handling incoming calls, forwarding them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as sorting mail and organising documents.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
