Juice is delighted to be supporting a housing development company based in Bristol, in their search for a Receptionist to join their team. They need someone to start with them on Monday 16th September 2024.
Hours are 9:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
DAY TO DAY:
- Answering phones.
- Taking in and sorting the post.
- Welcoming visitors.
- General administration including ordering stationary.
- Making teas and coffees for visitors and internal meetings.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous administration/office experience is advantageous however, we are open to different backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Happy with both quiet and busier days.
IN RETURN:
- Weekly pay.
