As the Key Account Manager, you will work with existing MSP channel partners in order to maximise revenue through selling cloud solutions and services. This is a field based role covering London and SE England - you will spend 3 days/week on site with your clients, with 2 days/week working from home.

As the Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for your MSP clients.
- Defend and retain your cohort of aligned partner businesses, ensuring they maintain their ongoing run-rate.
- Work closely with partners on cloud adoption and presenting new product propositions.
- Build deep and manage ongoing relationships with an account portfolio of 30-50 cloud accounts.
- Support partners with Go-To-Market activity, such as marketing and sales campaigns.
- Champion your partners to suppliers to ensure they leverage supplier programs and funding.
- Provide reporting on customer performance, and present with regular cadence.
- Ensure you manage pipelines and report regularly on the progress of campaigns directly to the Growth Sales Manager.
- Ensure your KPIs are being met and achieved as set out by your manager.
- Be present at industry events, round-tables, workshops, and seminars (travel required).
Profile
The successful Key Account Manager applicant will have the following:
- Proven experience in channel sales.
- Experience of selling cloud, cyber-security or SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience of bringing set annual MRR targets.
- Highly customer focused.
- Sales and results focused.
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment.
