3-6 Month Contract with expected extension
Full Time - 37 hours per week
Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in either Newport, South Wales, Titchfield, Hampshire, Edinburgh or Darlington offices.
My client are a large prestigious government organisation and are looking for a SC Cleared Personal Assistant to come and join their team on an initial 3 to 6 month basis, paying £15.81 per hour, Inside IR35.
LIVE SC CLEARANCE IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE FOR THIS ROLE
Essential requirements of role:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in verbal and in written format, and comfortable liaising with people at all levels across the organisation.
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure to ensure deadlines are met, and that information can be quickly and easily located and understood.
- Ability to prioritise your work, managing competing demands and priorities efficiently.
- Ability to flex personal working style to meet the needs of the Director / Deputy Director(s).
- Excellent attention to detail, producing high quality work.
- Experience of using the MS Office suite.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo SC Clearance, therefore applicants must of resided in the UK for a minimum of five out of the last five years, in order to undergo this level of security check.
