  • Rate: Circa £600-£650pd (depending on level of exp).
  • Location: Hybrid - circa 1 day in London office (but very flexible).

Role overview for Salesforce Process Owner - "Lead to Opportunity":

Our client is a global player in data-led information space. They need to revamp the way they do Lead Management in Marketo and Salesforce and establish a simple set of rules and processes that will enable multiple brands to co-exist in a single platform and provide a scalable approach to support future acquisitions.

You will work with their leadership team to understand their requirements, non-negotiables and other considerations to elicit what's important. You will challenge requirements, provide thought leadership on "what good looks like" and recommend potential solutions.

You will also work with their in-house Marketo & Salesforce delivery teams to determine the art of the possible and engineer solution designs.

Key accountabilities for Salesforce Process Owner - "Lead to Opportunity":

  • Lead discovery workshops with leadership team.
  • Present recommendations to SteerCo, backed up by senior stakeholders.
  • Showcase solutions evidencing the efficacy of standardised, best practice processes, underpinning technologies and Sales capabilities.
  • Validate requirements, business impact & business case.
  • Identify change management needs and propose a suitable approach.
  • Leverage existing CRM tools & data to optimise new processes.
  • Ensure clear and concise business process documentation and solution designs are developed and maintained.
  • Partner with their in-house development team to embed new processes, policies and capabilities.

Your Skills & Experience for Salesforce Process Owner - "Lead to Opportunity":

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience essential.
  • Product Management experience with a track record of delivering best in class CRM solutions.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience with the ability to challenge, influence and guide.
  • Business Analysis experience including process mapping, requirements gathering and change prioritisation.
  • Change Management experience including change impact assessments, development and execution of training and adoption strategies.
  • Marketo & FinancialForce experience desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced organisation within a quickly evolving business landscape.
