Description
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives
- Lead a team of financial professionals to deliver on financial targets
- Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing and supply chain and present financial information in a concise and understandable manner
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and business profitability
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to support business decisions
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Profile
The successful Finance Manager will have:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager ideally within the FMCG industry or in a sales and marketing led business
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
