We are seeking a Sales and Operations Team Leader to oversee and drive the performance of the sales floor within a large retail store. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for retail excellence and a proven track record in sales and operations management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Analyse sales figures, forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.
  • Handle staffing requirements, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and management to implement store strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels meet demand without overstocking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Solid understanding of sales and retail operations.
