The Role
As a 360 Healthcare Recruiter, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and engaging top talent to building long-term relationships with clients. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our healthcare clients can deliver exceptional care by providing them with the best professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexibility: Be willing to adjust working hours to help keep up with core operating hours and departmental demands.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of client needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative methods to attract and source healthcare professionals, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, interviewing candidates, and negotiating contracts.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and workforce demands to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed revenue and placement targets, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and workforce trends.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
