Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Support students with their individual learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
