Our client is a leading insurance law firm with offices situated across the globe. They are seeking an experienced Catastrophic injury or EL/PL solicitor with 3-6 years PQE to join their team of 11 members. The firm is a market leader in the casualty practice, who deal with complex and high-value cases on behalf of their insurer clients.

Your new role
This Catastrophic injury Associate role will see you handle an interesting and challenging caseload of multi-track EL/PL files valued up to £1,000,000. You will handle your own caseload while also assisting team members on complex, high-value personal injury claims. This role will see you draft pleadings and witness statements, instruct counsel/experts and attend conferences and trials. There is the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills as you may be required to mentor junior team members on fast-track claims.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified Catastrophic Injury or EL/PL Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE. Previous experience handling your own caseload of defendant multi-track EL/PL cases is essential. Successful candidates will have experience working within a large loss team. Excellent soft skills and academics are also required.
