Are you an IFA Administrator looking to join a well-established Financial Advising Firm, which will offer you a 32 Days Holiday, a stable working environment and 9am-5pm hours?
On offer is the opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a client focused financial advisers who pride themselves on their bespoke and holistic approach to financial advice. They are going through a period of organic growth and are looking for an administrator to bolster their team.
Your role will involve collating client information, processing investments, producing letters and helping to manage the advice process. The IFA Administrator is a vital role for this business as they pride themselves on offering their clients a great service. This isn't possible without excellent back office support,
This role would suit an IFA Administrator looking for a tight knit firm who are focused on offering a great working environment, work life balance and a generous holiday allowance.
The Role
- Collating client information
- Processing Investment Platform administration tasks
- Producing client illustrations and letters
- Helping manage the advice process through to completion.
- Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm with a 4:30pm finish on a Friday
