Speech and Language Therapist- Band 6
- SLT for Adult Community And Neuro Community services split post- Band 6
- Must be fully dysphagia trained
- Have experience of working with adults with neurological conditions, mental health and / or general elderly, as well as community working experience.
Location: East London (Remote working for 1 day a week)
Start date- ASAP
End date- 6+ months
Shift Pattern:
- Full time
- Face to face + Partcially remote
- 9:00 - 5:00
Skills/Experience:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, and designing personalised treatment plans for clients with diverse presentations and complex conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Manage own caseload and oversee a designated area of the service independently, with regular clinical supervision provided by the SLT clinical lead
