Robert Half is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a Cambridge based client.
This is a brand-new position for the company and will be primarily to provide support to one of the organisations Directors.
The role is full time and although mainly remote, there will be some need to be in Cambridge and potentially international travel when required.
Our clients realise the importance of this position and are offering a competitive salary and would welcome applicants from £55,000 upwards.
Main Duties:
- Provide executive support to the Director
- Full responsibility for Director's calendar, meetings and email inbox
- Organise complex travel itineraries including accommodation, flights and visas
- Research, prepare, draft and edit documentation for meetings
- Organisation of events including venue booking, catering, invites
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the Director's behalf
- Adhoc support on projects
