Finance Business Analyst

An exciting role working for a listed global Manufacturing company in Maidenhead has arisen. Join a dynamic team as a Finance Business Analyst and play a key role in delivering essential financial insights, Month End reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to drive accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while contributing to critical reports for submission to our Corporate Planning Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SG&A, Capex, and Headcount Reporting: Oversee and manage costs, ensuring accurate accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide key insights and challenge assumptions where necessary to add value.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate closely with Cost Centre Managers to prepare forecasts, budgets, and the Mid-Term Plan (MTP), delivering expert guidance to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Cashflow & Balance Sheet Forecasting: Assist in maintaining cashflow projections and working capital analysis, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Timetable Management: Maintain and distribute financial timetables, including monthly reports, budgeting schedules, and the Mid-Term Plan (MTP).
  • Corporate Reporting: Support the preparation of key financial materials, including budgets, global presentations, and reports for submission to Corporate Planning Headquarters.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of financial reporting processes, driving efficiencies and enhancing reporting accuracy.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Qualifications

  • Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Ability to leverage Excel for complex data analysis and process improvements.
  • HFM/Hyperion Experience: Previous experience working with HFM/Hyperion is highly desirable and will be a significant asset in this role.
