Associate Talent Resourcing Partner

Reed HR, are looking to recruit a, Associate Talent Resourcing Partner for a 6-month Fixed term contract.

As the Associate Talent Resourcing Partner, you will work closely with the Head of Resourcing and Talent Resourcing Partners to support the attraction, recruitment, and selection across the business, ensuring candidates receive an excellent experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

? Support the Head of Resourcing and Talent Resourcing Partners in leading recruitment administration including enquiries, advertising, interviews, talent pools, and selection processes.

? Responsible for managing the entire interview process, including organising interviews, creating interview packs, and overseeing all related administrative tasks.

? Work collaboratively to use a wide range of methods and techniques to source, engage, and attract candidates.

? Work with the Talent Resourcing Partners to lead proactive recruitment efforts and build talent pipelines.

? Quality assurance advertising across our internal ATS and external advertising platforms to ensure all written content is consistent and meets the trust branding guidelines.

? Managing communications and resolving issues with external partners across advertising platforms.

? Support internal mobility and ensure positions are promoted internally.

? Support process improvements as we strive towards delivering an excellent recruitment experience.

? Contribute to the development and successful delivery of campaign recruitment.

? To work within and promote the Safer Recruitment and Recruitment & Selection Policies to ensure best practice approaches to recruitment and fully compliant processes.

? To utilise the internal ATS system for tracking the progress of requisitions and candidates, as well as resourcing and talent pipelining, including wider attraction and reporting for key metrics.

? Support maintenance and accuracy of system records, reporting, and workflows.

? Create training materials, process documentation, and user guides where appropriate.

? Participate in local professional networking events and university careers fairs where required.

? Respond to enquiries acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and ensuring that messages are forwarded to the relevant parties.

? Raise purchase orders, manage recruitment budget, and track advertising expenditures within the team.

Qualifications and experience

Essential ? L2 qualifications - GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.

Desirable ? L3 qualifications - A levels or equivalent.

? L6 qualifications - bachelor's degree or equivalent.

? L7 qualifications - master's degree or equivalent.

Knowledge and skills Essential

? Experience working in a HR and/or Recruitment administration role.

Desirable ? IT literacy with Google Workspace.
