Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Analyst
Remote Working (must be already based in the UK)
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Do you have experience providing 1st and 2nd line support to users of AX / D365?
If so, this role may be just for you! My client is going through a global transformation and they want to speak to confident and curious D365F&O analysts to join their growing team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and guidance for users of the D365 F&O / CE system
- Developing user guides, training materials, and SOPs for D365 F&O processes
- Identify system improvements and ways to increase efficiency opportunities
- Monitor and action support request tickets relating to the business application suite promptly.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years' providing AX / D365F&O system support to users
- Curious, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Proven experience working towards tight deadlines and changing priorities within a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting international users is an advantage
