Security Guard
- Reports to: Head of Estates
- Location: Salisbury
- Salary: up to £25,000
- Type: 37 hours per week
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Salisbury.
Main Duties
- Conduct tours to encourage lanyard use and respectful behaviour.
- Supervise behaviour across designated areas.
- Monitor common rooms during break times.
- Handle incidents involving unauthorized individuals on campus.
- Build rapport with individuals, reporting those at risk to the safeguarding team.
- Report breaches of a code of conduct.
- Communicate regularly with the Safeguarding and Tutorial Team to maintain a safe culture.
Requirements
- SIA License
- Experience of working with young people and vulnerable adults
- GCSE Level or equivalent
- Able to pass a DBS check
- No previous convictions
