Due to continued growth, our client who are a leading player in the hospitality / retail space are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to lead their business partnering team. This fantastic opportunity would ideally suit a candidate passionate about working with people, both finance and non-finance, building effective working relationships and supporting operational teams with commercial analysis.
Duties will include:
- Business partnering - finance support for operations, leading P&L cost projects and analysis, supporting departmental heads
- Management reporting - oversight and review of team delivery of monthly management accounts, review of cost centre spending, continual development and enhancement of reporting to suit business requirements
- Continuous improvement - working with the business to identify, scope and deliver financial process improvement to drive efficiency
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and importantly be passionate about supporting the development of your team
