Job Description:
We are looking for a NetSuite Project Manager to oversee the implementation and optimisation of our client's NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex ERP projects, with a specific focus on NetSuite. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage NetSuite ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration and deployment of NetSuite solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of NetSuite by end-users.
- Manage project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in NetSuite ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, capabilities, and integration processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
