JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Bristol - Hybrid min 2 days in the office required.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time

Reputable specialist law firm in Bristol are looking for an experience Residential Property Conveyancer to join their friendly expanding team.
JOB DETAILS:
Residential Conveyancing Duties:
- Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:
- Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
- Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
- Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
- Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager
Ideal Applicants:
- At least Two years PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experienced fee earner within residential property.
- To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support
- Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files
- To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face to face with clients
- Good organisational skills
- Eager to progress in your career.
