The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
As a key figure within the company, the Senior Construction Project Manager will:
- Take charge of multiple projects, overseeing their entire lifecycle from conception to completion.
- Work in diverse sectors such as industrial, commercial, and educational.
- Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain constant engagement with clients, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Ensure efficient achievement of project objectives through effective leadership and coordination.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualifications, or progress towards these certifications.
- Significant experience in a Project Management Consultancy role.
- A degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
- A proven track record managing high-value projects in commercial, industrial, or educational sectors.
- Confidence in client interactions and relationship management.
- A strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to project management.
