As a Bar Manager, you will be running the bar and all wines and spirits stock and managing a small team in a casual setting, with a fantastic ambience and many loyal regulars. They are looking for a person who can offer both their diners and drinkers an informative service with a great customer experience both of our service and our amazing cocktails and fine wines and fizz.
Bar Manager - Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar
- stock management and ordering

- Good knowledge of the drink's financials,

- Health & Safety
- Previous bar experience and experience of supervising staff.
- Well presented
