Monday to Friday: 8.30 am- 5 pm with 1 hr lunch 4 days/week and one late shift a week 12 noon - 8pm

We are looking for an experienced OT to join our Enhanced Intermediate Care Team. We are a multi-disciplinary team of OTs, physios, nurses, social workers and support coordinators working together to facilitate discharge from hospital, prevent unnecessary hospital admission and maximize independence at home. We work alongside a large team of support workers providing a short term reablement service. We are a friendly and supportive team, meet every morning to discuss allocations and any challenging cases that people may be working with.
This is a fast moving, highly effective service that provides valuable support to people at times of crisis and we need someone who can provide quality assessments and work with people to achieve their reablement goals in a short time frame ( averaging 4 -6 weeks)
Experience in reablement is essential along with a positive and flexible attitude. Must be a car driver.
We also offer a £250 bonus for starting this contract
