Job Opportunity: Administrative and Public Law Disputes Solicitor
Location: Sevenoaks
We are recruiting for a senior associate for a team that advises on a wide range of disputes involving public bodies, including education disputes, disability/SEN issues, safeguarding, and student mental health matters. The team also handles judicial reviews, commercial disputes, and charity disputes, offering litigation support and strategic advice.
Role Requirements:
- Circa 6 years' PQE, particularly in SEND Tribunal work, to manage cases, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development across various regions
- Strong client service, high attention to detail and experience in advocacy and high court litigation are essential
