Location: Wilmslow
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Bonus: Up to 5% annual bonus based on KPIs and company performance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home 2 days a week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wilmslow. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all general enquiries and after-sales queries, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle after-sales queries, including returns, exchanges, and warranty issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs and contribute to team performance targets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
