Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor? Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a highly regarded law firm in Leeds? Our client, a well-established and reputable firm of specialist Solicitors, is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join their successful Employment department.

The Role:

As an Employment Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest and most successful Charities teams outside London. You will advise a diverse range of clients, including charities, social enterprises, and private clients, on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to a wide range of clients.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve financial targets.
  • Take ownership of your workload and deliver excellent service to clients.
  • Prepare and present presentations for seminars and breakfast briefings.
  • Support the team's business development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • NQ-4 years PQE in employment law.
  • Prior experience in HR, litigation, or similar roles is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Methodical and logical approach to tasks.
  • Understanding and empathy with the voluntary sector.
