The Role:
As an Employment Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest and most successful Charities teams outside London. You will advise a diverse range of clients, including charities, social enterprises, and private clients, on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to a wide range of clients.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve financial targets.
- Take ownership of your workload and deliver excellent service to clients.
- Prepare and present presentations for seminars and breakfast briefings.
- Support the team's business development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and standards.

Requirements:
- NQ-4 years PQE in employment law.
- Prior experience in HR, litigation, or similar roles is desirable.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Methodical and logical approach to tasks.
- Understanding and empathy with the voluntary sector.
