Sales Coordinator

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.

Sales Coordinator salary: 25000 pa

Sales Coordinator hours: Rotational shifts between 7:30 and 5:30
Shifts are:

  • 7:30 to 4:30
  • 8:30 to 5:30
  • 8 to 5

Sales Coordinator Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Process orders efficiently & accurately for all Divisions.

Remember to "Up Sell" current deals where possible.

  • Take Incoming telephone calls.

  • Assist RSM's in admin duties required in running their sales region.

  • Assist RSM's in delivering sales initiatives & promotions. This includes a minimum number of calls to branches each week to check stock levels and ensure the deals are communicated to increase sales.

  • Process debits for all Divisions in a timely manner.

  • To draw up equipment quotations efficiently & accurately

Required Skills / Qualifications Required:

  • Administration / Customer service experience (desirable)

  • Sales experience (desirable)

  • Computer Literate
