We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic receptionist/administrator to work in a busy school office and be part of a small, committed team of admin support staff. The successful candidate will often be the first port of contact for visitors and callers. As such, we are looking for a confident communicator who can quickly strike up a positive rapport with others, while effectively managing the reception area in a way that is welcoming, efficient and professional.

The post holder will require a good level of IT, literacy and numeracy skills, including the use of Word/Excel and database operations. You will also have a high level of organisational and communication skills, hold a First Aid at Work qualification (or be prepared to undertake one).
The key responsibilities of the post are to provide a highly effective reception service, administrative support to our senior leadership team and wider school as required, and to provide first aid cover to students as part of a team rota.
