Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary / Rate of pay: £70 - £75 daily rate
Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a SEN school based in Dartford. We are seeking a experienced Supply SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide temporary coverage to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), aged 3-19, in our school. The role will involve working closely with students, their families, and other professionals to ensure continuity of education during teacher absences. We are seeking a confident SEN Teaching Assistant to support them through their educational journey.

What's involved?
As one of the SEN Teaching Assistant you will be part of the on-site team, supporting either groups of young people or working on a one-to-one basis with the students. Teaching at this school comes in many forms and this can range from traditional classroom-based activities to opportunities to learn outside of the classroom. You will be supporting teaching specialists in delivering high quality teaching and learning by providing care and support.
A valid DBS on an update service are essential for this role.
