Our SEMH school are open to both qualified and unqualified instructors who possess the following qualities:
Experience Teaching Science: We are particularly interested in Teachers who have experience teaching BTEC courses ranging from entry level to level 1 qualifications. If you have a background in delivering these courses and are enthusiastic about guiding students through their educational journey, we would love to hear from you.
Reliability: We value reliability and consistency in our team members. We are looking for individuals who can commit to supporting our students and contributing to the school community on a consistent basis.
Ability to Develop the Area: We are seeking candidates who are proactive and innovative in their approach to teaching. The ability to develop the area and implement creative strategies to engage students is highly valued.
Experience Teaching KS4 to KS5: Experience teaching students across Key Stages 4 and 5 is essential for these roles. We are looking for educators who are familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by these age groups.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching BTEC courses ranging from entry level to level 1 qualifications.
- SEN knowledge, particularly SEMH.
- DBS on the update service.
- The right to work in the UK.
