Key deliverables of the role:
- Full employee lifecycle including the full recruitment process, onboarding through to exit interviews
- Managing a complex ER caseload including absence management, performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Implementing and maintaining internal policies and procedures
- Employee training and advising line managers where appropriate
The ideal candidate:
- Experience managing a complex ER caseload is essential
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels of a business
- Conducting full HR operational duties
- CIPD Level 5
