A rapidly growing scale-up in London, who specialise in supply-chain SaaS are experiencing another period of growth and need a Senior Platform Engineer. With the financial backing of a £billion group, they're in a strong financial position to push on and meet their big ambitions.

Their tool has been developed to improve the efficiency, sustainability and carbon footprint of the supply chain, from raw materials through to recyclying. Joining this business will give you the chance to have a positive environmental impact.

In the last 18 months their team has scaled from 30 to 70 and their growth is showing no signs of stopping. The company have adopted a strong L&D function too, whereby you'll be given continual opportunities to learn & develop your skillset, whilst also attending professional training courses.

As a Platform Engineer, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the integration, scalability and security of their cloud infrastructure. Working closely with the Developers, your job will be to:

  • Oversee the maintenance and security of the infrastructure.
  • Build resilient systems in collaboration with Developers.
  • Design, build and automate tools and processes.
  • Lead the technical decision making process.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Engineers.

The successful Platform Engineer will need experience in the following:

  • AWS.
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
  • Grafana,
  • SQL & NoSQL.
