Our client is one of the UK's leading independent hospital groups working in the specialist care industry. Our client is committed to making a positive difference to people's lives through outstanding personalised care.

As an HR Advisor who is enthusiastic and proactive with regards to Employee Relations, you'll play a key role in supporting the managers with regards to HR and ER issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold HR upskilling sessions to support staff.
  • Developing and implementing workshops for Managers
  • Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans
  • Overseeing policies such as absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pension's queries, flexible working etc.

About you

  • Experience in providing ER advice
  • Relevant HR qualification
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees
  • Strong communicator with proven customer service skills
  • Experience using Word, Outlook and Excel
  • The ability to critically analyse and review masses of data
  • Experience in identifying trends and analysis
  • Experience in using corporate systems
