As an HR Advisor who is enthusiastic and proactive with regards to Employee Relations, you'll play a key role in supporting the managers with regards to HR and ER issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold HR upskilling sessions to support staff.
- Developing and implementing workshops for Managers
- Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans
- Overseeing policies such as absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pension's queries, flexible working etc.
About you
- Experience in providing ER advice
- Relevant HR qualification
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees
- Strong communicator with proven customer service skills
- Experience using Word, Outlook and Excel
- The ability to critically analyse and review masses of data
- Experience in identifying trends and analysis
- Experience in using corporate systems
