Join our esteemed client, a leader with over two decades of experience and a robust presence across London and the South East. This well-established firm boasts over 100 offices and is on the lookout for a seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their dynamic team in Purley.
Role & Responsibilities:
Working for this market leading estate agency in Purley, as a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor, you will closely with the team of sales negotiators and the estate agency branch manager, dealing with new mortgage leads referred on a daily basis.
The estate agency staff are financially incentivised to refer new mortgage leads and are targeted to generate 7 - 10 new mortgage leads weekly.
As well as receiving new hot mortgage leads, you will also have unlimited and unrestricted access to the Purley branch existing client based, where as an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage broker you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
The busy estate agency office in Purley, will allow you to deal with property values of up to £900,000, however, the average property value is £620,000.
As well as dealing with high value property's and HNW clients, according to Right Move , over 40 properties have been sold per month over te past 2 years.
You will provide comprehensive advice on various protection schemes including life cover, critical illness, ASU, income protection, and buildings and contents insurance.
Qualifications & Skills:
As you will be the only mortgage advisor or mortgage broker in the Purley branch, applications will be only considered from individuals with the full CeMAP qualification.
Ideally previous mortgage advice would be an advantage, however, not essential, due to the support provided by the Mortgage Sales Manager.
As well as the full CeMAP (or equivalent) a clean credit history, with no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is required.
Along with the relevant mortgage qualification, previous sales experience is required, ideally dealing with new and existing clients face to face.
Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified individual with previous sales experience, to join one of the market leading estate agencies in the Purley area. Our client offers a basic to £28,000 plus full benefits package and a realistic OTE of £70,000. As well as a very competitive salary structure, our client will provide 7 - 10 new mortgage leads a week, allow full access to a loyal client base allowing an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor to fill their diary with quality mortgage appointments every week.
