What's the role?
I'm working closely with an award winning family Independent Estate Agency at their East Grinstead branch (several branches). The opportunity is for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of their most successful branches. The role is primarily selling houses with responsibilities including registering applicants, arranging viewings, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and stewarding the sale to completion.

- Polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties in detail
- Good time management

- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers
