Randstad is excited to partner with Middlesbrough's Children in Need (CiN) Team to recruit a dedicated and skilled Social Worker.

Job Description:
Are you an experienced social worker with a passion for supporting children and families in need?
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, planning interventions, and working collaboratively to support and protect children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks, needs, and strengths.
- Developing and implementing care plans to support and protect children and families.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and Providing support and advocacy for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in a social work role, preferably within children and family services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social care and safeguarding.
