Job Title: Data Administrator (Contract until March 2025)

Location: Margate
Salary: £12.50 per hour

P4 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Data Administrator on behalf of our charity client. This role supports the Integrated Substance Misuse Team (ISMT), delivering essential psychosocial and clinical interventions, along with accredited treatment programs for ex-offenders, external referrals, and self-referrals dealing with drug or alcohol problems.

Role Overview: As a Data Administrator, you will provide comprehensive business administration services to ensure the smooth operation of the ISMT. Your role will involve secretarial duties, data entry, and the monitoring of systems, contributing to and tracking targets set by the ckient and local commissioners. Collaborative working relationships with partner agencies, such as clinical teams, are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your initiative to enhance administration systems and processes, supporting the ISMT effectively.
  • Visit other establishments to understand administrative support needs across different units.
  • Ensure accurate collection and timely reporting of relevant statistical data.
  • Act as the single point of contact between ISMT and external agencies as required.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, and the CarePath system.
  • Manage the general office telephone, handling inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain and update the client's excel database under the supervision of the Data Control Manager.
  • Keep the database current, input necessary records for monitoring purposes, and provide head office with regular monitoring figures as required.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced certification or demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in providing administrative support within a large team, showcasing the ability to work in a pressured environment.
  • Experience in accurately collating statistical information, with attention to detail and report writing skills.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, or maintaining large databases and managing associated administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
