Our Public Sector client is looking for a Senior Asset Surveyor.
Role Summary
They currently have a need for an interim with general practice surveying matters mostly around landlord and tenant matters such as commercial service charges, lease renewals, rent reviews, land terrier matters, easements/wayleaves and minor disposals and land regularisation matters.
- Carry out inspections on commercial properties, ensuring full building compliance.
- Check lease agreements before attending site inspection
- Carry out insurance, risk and building compliance inspections
- Ensure all repairs have been completed
- Contact relevant tenants to arrange property inspections
