Collins Property Recruitment are working with a leading Security and Front of House company based in London who offer a variety of security and reception services to small and medium-sized organisations across Central London. They are a dynamic and friendly team looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join them.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth and developing new revenue streams. You will lead the generation of leads, manage the sales pipeline, and work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and attending trade shows.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting and positioning our unique services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure deals progress smoothly from initial contact to closing.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Lead an active social media presence to attract potential clients and enhance brand awareness.
  • Track and analyse sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' proven track record in sales, ideally within Recruitment or Security sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate leads from scratch and convert them into sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly presentable and professional demeanour.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.

The Business Development Manager's Package and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 basic plus commission scheme based on performance.
  • £80,000 OTE
  • Huge potential for career progression, including share ownership opportunities.
  • Flexible working hours, subject to agreement.
