Part-time Operations Partner for dynamic agency of c. 80 staff in London; maternity cover 2.5-3 days per week, £80,000 - £90,000 pro rata.
This is a busy and varied part time role to cover maternity from early October 2024; you will be joining a fantastic, collaborative team whose clients include FMCG, charities, national institutions, NGOs and the UK Government.
You will be involved across:
- Business operations - coordinating the running of the organisation to ensure that processes and systems are in place and fit for purpose.
- HR coordination - as the go-to for colleagues across the organisation, working with the support of an external consultant where required
- Company culture and working practices -
- GDPR / ISO27001 - working with independent DPO and being across ISO practices is a key part of this role.
- Client contract management - for key B2B clients.
- Coordinating and attending key meetings - including agendas, asa member of the senior team.
- Line management - for members of the Operations team
- Plus involvement in supplier management including external IT liaison / legal and contract reviews as well as maintaining company information / corporate policies.
This client are keen to hear from candidates with experience in operations at a senior level in SMEs within professional services and / or agency - plus previous experience of the ISO27001 external audit process and a solid understanding of data protection and information security.
You will be joining a diverse, intelligent team of colleagues who have great office close to Covent Garden and offer hybrid working. This is a FTC maternity over for 10-12 months and the company are flexible on the days / hours worked for the right candidate - but anticipate the role being for 2.5 - 3 days per week.
