Our client is looking for a solicitor who is client-focused and eager to work with an impressive portfolio of banking clients. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of property finance transactions including loan agreements and security documentation.
The Candidate
- Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Good exposure to transactional real estate finance matters.
- Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
