Senior Sales Negotiator. Monday - Friday.
A well established and highly successful firm in the Midlands are looking to recruit a top performing new homes sales negotiator.
This position will involve the negotiator developing the business through meeting and sales and performance targets.
Working for a prestigious and leading brand, a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience in either New Homes, Estate Agency or Lettings.
The duties:
- Attend site meetings with developer
- Exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Follow up calls with clients after viewings
- Attend viewings
- Ensure all sales leads are followed up
- High level of administration
- Provide the highest levels of customer service
- Knowledge of the status of each unit/sale and liaison with purchasers, solicitors and developers where necessary.
- Knowledge of each potential purchasers requirements
The candidate:
- Experience in either new home sales, estate agency or lettings
- Web/email literate
- Sales and negotiating skills essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Co-operative and helpful attitude
- Organised and flexible, hands-on person
- Professional and well presented
