As a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring our customers receive a memorable shopping experience.
Retail Sales Manager Duties:
- Drive and exceed sales targets by maximising opportunities and ensuring the fashion department meets financial goals.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales assistants to achieve personal and store targets, providing regular feedback and support.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and control to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise losses.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans to achieve targets.
Preferred Requirements:
- Sales manager experience
- Retail experience
- Department manager experience
- Proven track record in retail leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
