A highly respected North West law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to become a pivotal part of their team. As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload, offering a quality, client-focused service. You'll also have the opportunity to grow into a Head of Department role in the future, testifying to the dedication of our client to career progression.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 3-6 PQE, substantial property and finance Court of Protection experience obtained within a dedicated Court of Protection team, and some prior supervisory or managerial experience within a team. You'll also need a driving licence for client visits.
