Description
The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Contributing to the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Assisting with the annual audit, liaising with external auditors.
- Completing VAT returns and other statutory financial reports.
- Analysing financial performance and providing recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Supporting the finance team in daily operations.
- Participating in financial projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- Ideally working towards their professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
