Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on change and project management.
  • Facilitate discussions and activities that appeal to a variety of learning styles.
  • Support the development of trainees' soft skills, including communication and teamwork.

Course Preparation:

  • Assist in preparing and tailoring training materials to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Ensure training content is clear, accessible, and effective for learners.

Learner Support:

  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to participants during and after training sessions.
  • Collect and utilize feedback to continually improve training programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Interest in project management and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with the ability to engage with others.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the teaching profession.
  • Experience or interest in a training or mentoring role.
