Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on change and project management.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that appeal to a variety of learning styles.
- Support the development of trainees' soft skills, including communication and teamwork.
Course Preparation:
- Assist in preparing and tailoring training materials to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Ensure training content is clear, accessible, and effective for learners.
Learner Support:
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to participants during and after training sessions.
- Collect and utilize feedback to continually improve training programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Interest in project management and change management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable personality with the ability to engage with others.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the teaching profession.
- Experience or interest in a training or mentoring role.
